A group of Dutch Matchbox collectors organised a toy fair in Holland to promote the buying, selling and exchanging of Matchbox diecast models. They sought and obtained permission from Lesney Products to alter the standard Y5 Talbot van to promote this meeting. To enable them to change the standard colours the components of the van were stripped down, repainted, and reassembled by the use of screws in the baseplate. Affectionately known as the 'clock' model because of the plastic roof advertisement showing the time and date of the collectors meeting. this model was issued with an authenticating certificate which came in the box.
